Amaranth-oatmeal bread


2 cups of oatmeal and amaranth flour, 2 cups of boiling water, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 package of dry yeast, 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, 4 to 4.5 glasses of wheat flour

Cooking method.

Mix the flour and the dissolved sugar with 2 glasses of hot water. All set aside until it cools. Dilute yeast in warm water. In a large saucepan mix the yeast and flour mixture. Gradually add 4 cups of wheat flour. Knead the mass until a homogeneous dough is obtained on the floured board or in the dough mixer until the dough stops sticking to the hands. Divide and form 2 loaves and put them on a greased baking sheet. Let the dough to rise twice and go down. Once again give the climb twice. Bake for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 200°C.
