Artichoke hummus with hemp fiber

Ingredients:

hemp fiber – 15 g, hemp flour – 15 g, beans – 25 g, artichokes – 170 g, lemon juice – 45 ml, flaxseed oil – 45 ml, dried oregano – 3 g, a large clove of chopped garlic – 1 piece, sesame paste – 45 g, white thinly sliced onions – 30 g.

Cooking method.

Mix all ingredients in the food processor until smooth. The prepared dish should be kept in the refrigerator up to one week.
