Bilberry and lemon porridge of kinoa seeds

Ingredients:

1 cup of kinoa seed, 360 ml of low-fat milk, 240 ml of water, 1 glass of fresh blueberries, 4 tbsp. almonds, 8 tbsp. almond milk, 2 tsp each white and brown sugar, 2 tsp. lemon peel, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and almond extract, 1/4 tsp salt.

Cooking method.

Place the seeds of the kinoa, water, milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, almond extract and salt into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat and cook for another 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Spread the prepared cereal in four cups and add to each 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries, one tablespoon of chopped toasted almonds, two tablespoons of almond milk and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar and lemon zest.
