Dietary meatballs with bran


2 servings – 160 g of beef, 30 grams of bran, 2 tablespoons of milk, 10 g of butter, salt – to taste.


Grind beef through a meat grinder, salt and add bran milk and melted butter into the resulting mince. Mix the stuffing well and form with hands, soaked in water, chops, and then for 22-25 minutes cook them in a steamer. Meatballs can be served with mashed potatoes and green peas.
