Easy Recipe of Dietetic Apple Pie

Ingredients: 25g almond flakes, 850g apples, 2 eggs, 100g sugar, 1 pack vanilla sugar, 5 drops vanilla flavoring, 250g flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 150g non-greasy yoghurt, 3 teaspoons milk thistle oil.

Directions: Fry a bit almond flakes in the pan (without oil) and let them cool down on the plate. Wash and peel apples, quarter and core them, and cut into petals. To prepare the dough, whisk the eggs with a mixer for 1 minute at the highest speed until foaming appears. Add gradually sugar and vanilla sugar during 1 minute, then whisk for 2 minutes more. Mix the flour and baking powder, add a half of the mixture to the egg cream, whisk a bit at the lowest speed. The rest part of the flour mix with yoghurt and milk thistle oil in the same way. Put the dough into a split form (with a diameter of 26 cm) on the baking parchment and spread it evenly. Put the apples over the top of it and sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
