Ingredients (2 portions): 4 dorades, 1 lemon juice, 2 teaspoons herbes de Provence, 8 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 4 tomatoes, ground garlic, salt, 20g butter.
Directions: Wash dorade in cold water, drizzle it with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper inside and out, sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Spread with wheat germ oil and put on the preheated grill pan. Fry on each side for 5–8 minutes, spreading with oil from time to time. Wash and dry up tomatoes, cut them into quarters, sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Put a piece of butter over the top. 3 minutes before the grill is cooked put on the pan.
