2 tbsp. chia seeds, 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lime juice, 4 tbsp. of honey, 2 glasses of water, dried apricots and prunes to taste.
Pour chia seeds with water in a 1: 2 ratio. Add washed apricots and prunes. Leave it overnight. The resulting jelly is put in the blender bowl with the remaining ingredients and grind.
The consistency of the cocktail depends on the duration of whipping. The less it will be processed, the more dense and “jelly” it will turn out.
