Energy breakfast with chia seeds


2 cups of almond milk, 1/2 cup chia seeds, vanillin at the tip of the knife (vanilla seeds or vanilla extract), 1.5 tbsp. of maple syrup, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, cedar – separately or a mixture), any fruits and berries.

Cooking method.

Combine the seeds of chia, almond milk, syrup and vanilla. Stir thoroughly. Close the container and allow the mixture to infuse for 7-8 hours. Chop the nuts gross, fruits and berries chop finely. Mix with the pudding. On the basis of this pudding, you can make another breakfast: beat an avocado up in blender and add to the pudding along with 2 tbsp. of cocoa.
