Ingredients: 800g mushrooms (fresh or frozen), 4 onions, 3 garlic cloves, 150g lard, 1 glass of cream or sour cream, 150g tomatoes, dried in oil, 3 parsley sprigs, 1 teaspoon broth, white pepper cracked, 1 spaghetti pack, garlic oil.
Directions: Cut the peeled mushrooms into pieces. Peel the onion and cut it. Dice the lard. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes, cut them into medium-sized pieces. Chop a parsley finely. Heat the garlic oil in the frying pan, then add a lard. Add the onion and fry until it is translucent. Add mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, pepper, parsley and broth. Stew everything together for 15 minutes, stirring it from time to time. Finally, add cream or sour cream, stir and bring to the boil. Meanwhile cook pasta in salted water according to pack instructions. Add pasta to the mushrooms, stir and serve a dish being warm.
