Crisps Potato in Garlic Oil

Ingredients: 300g boiled potatoes, garlic oil, salt.

Directions: Preheat oven up to 240 degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut into 5–10 mm wide strips. Stir the garlic oil and salt in the hollow salad bowl, then put there potatoes and stir carefully. Cover the baking sheet with cooking sheet and put potatoes — every piece laying separately. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve potatoes hot. It is perfect for vegetable and meat dishes.
