Turkey with dried pumpkin

Ingredients: 500-750 grams of turkey meat, 20 grams of dried pumpkin, 2-3 onions, 2 butter tablespoons, 1/2 tablespoon of flour, half a cup of tomato juice, half a glass of dry white wine, a teaspoon of sugar, a quarter teaspoon of red pepper, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 head of garlic, 3 bay leaves, a teaspoon of vinegar, a tablespoon of dill, a tablespoon of parsley.

Recipe. Turkey is to cut into chunks 3 x 4 cm, fry in butter, add to the pan. Chop onions, sauté, mix with tomato juice, sugar, pepper, cinnamon, wine. Mix turkey with onions, simmer for 30 minutes.
