Ingredients: 1.35kg turkey meat, 3 peppers, 1 leaf celery, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons milk thistle oil, 5 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon cinnamon cracked, 4 tablespoons cognac or wine, salt, and pepper.
Directions: Rub the meat thoroughly with salt and pepper. Peel the celery and separate leaves from a stalk. Finely chop the greens. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat on both sides. Add celery, garlic, onion, and pepper. Sprinkle the pot roast with cinnamon, pour it with cognac, add a glass of water and cook for 60 minutes covered with a lid. It tastes good with the boiled potato.
