Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1/2 glass pumpkin seeds, 100g sugar, 150g sugar powder, 250g flour, 1 pack vanilla sugar, 1/2 glass pumpkin seed oil.
Directions: Preheat oven to 160°C, oil the cake pan, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Separate whites and yolks of 4 eggs, shake yolks with water, stir in 100g of sugar powder mixed with a pack of vanilla sugar, add a half of glass of pumpkin seed oil and mash a mixture into foam. Mash the whites with 100g of sugar into foam, not too thick. Stir in 1/3 of protein mixture to the yolk mixture, add 250g of flour gradually, by some portions, stir until smooth, and then stir in the rest of protein mixture. Put the dough into the cake pan and bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
