Cakes with Lemons and Champagne

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 100ml cream, 300g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 a teaspoon of soda, 80ml milk thistle oil, 2 eggs, 120g sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 120ml champagne.

Directions: Preheat oven up to 190 degrees. Mix the flour, baking powder and soda in the cooking bowl. Mix the oil, eggs, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, champagne and cream in another bowl and whisk everything until foaming appears. Add the flour to this mixture and stir thoroughly. Put the dough into special cake pans and bake for 20–25 minutes.
