Ingredients: 300g prawns (peeled), 200ml garlic oil, 150ml milk thistle oil, 1 pinch of cracked chili, 1 pinch of sea salt, 2 tablespoons parsley, shredded.
Directions: Defrost prawns, rinse them and drain carefully. To get rid of excess moisture put the prawns on the paper towel. Pour the garlic oil into the saucepan, heat it but do not boil. Put the prawns into a salad bowl, pour with heated oil and leave them for 6 hours to marinate in a cool place. Put the prawns together with oil into a small container, season with salt, chili, and place the container into the oven preheated up to 250 degrees. Once the oil is boiling, take the container out and sprinkle the prawns with parsley. Serve with white bread.
