Corn-amaranth fritters


1/4 cup amaranth seeds, 1/4 cup yellow corn flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1 teaspoon soda, 1/2 tablespoon honey, 2 cups cream, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 egg yolk, 1 whipped until foam protein.

Cooking method.

Cover the amaranth seeds with water and cook for 15 minutes. Let the water drain. Mix the dry ingredients and add in turn amaranth puree, butter, honey, yolk. Carefully pour in the whipped protein. Prepared mass put for 10 minutes in the refrigerator (not in the freezer). Stove on a hot greased frying pan.
