Lavash Pita with grilled chicken, bran, vegetables and yogurt

Ingredients:

50 g of any bran (plant fiber), 200 g of natural yoghurt, 2 lavash-pita, 2 small chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons of any of unrefined vegetable oil, the juice of half a lemon, zest of half a lemon, 1 sweet pepper, 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 1 teaspoon of rosemary and oregano.

Directions.

Stir bran in yogurt and add salt, pepper, oregano and grated lemon zest. Slice the vegetables into slices and season them with vegetable oil with rosemary. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Roast on the grill chicken breasts and vegetables. After that cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, add the vegetables, season with salt and season with lemon juice. Put all the ingredients into the pits, pre-lubricated inside with yogurt.
