Ingredients: 2 large carrots, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, pepper cracked, red pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon sesame.
Directions: Cut the carrot into thin petals Heat sesame oil in the frying pan and roast the carrot. Add red pepper chopped and cracked pepper. Add soy sauce and salt. When the carrot edges are slightly fried or when it is fried until golden brown, then sprinkle with sesame. Fry for some minutes more, stirring.
