Muesli with cranberries and hemp


oats – 400 g, millet – 200 g, hemp fiber – 100 grams, chia powder – 100 grams, sugar – 30 grams, ground cinnamon – 15 grams, vanilla essence – 8 grams, vegetable oil – 100 ml, dried cranberries – 100 grams , an orange – 1 piece, salt to taste.

Cooking method.

Mix all ingredients except cranberries in a large bowl, making sure that the oats are well covered with other ingredients of the dish. On the baking surface, evenly distribute the resulting mixture and fry in a frying pan for about 10 minutes or until lightly darkening the top of the ingredients. Flip the muesli in a frying pan and fry it for about 10 minutes to a pleasant brown color. When serving, add cranberries.
