Ingredients (4 portions): 600g sunroot, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 l water, 0.5 red bell pepper, 100g wheat flour, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon ground paprika, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons wheat germ oil.
Directions: Wash sunroots, peel them and cut into rings. Salt water and bring it to the boil. Put sunroots into boiling water and cook for 20 minutes until they are soft. Finely chop the pepper. Pour wheat flour into the cooking bawl, mix with salt, paprika and pepper already cut. Separate eggs whites from yolks. Stir yolks with flour. Drain the boiled sunroot, cool it down and finely chop. Add to the dough and stir thoroughly. Whisk the whites thoroughly, and then add to the dough. Heat the wheat germ oil in the frying pan. Put the dough by portions on the frying pan with the help of a tablespoon, slightly press it. Fry the pancake on both sides until crisp. Serve a dish hot.
