Ingredients: 1 marrow, 1 tablespoon honey, chili cracked or fresh finely chopped, 1 tablespoon garlic oil.
Directions: Cut a marrow into 2 cm wide rings. With a help of a teaspoon, pick out a small portion of pap from inside but do not make a through hole. Put some honey into this hole and sprinkle with small amount of chili (red pepper). Spread marrows with garlic oil and grill them for 10 minutes.
