Ingredients (2 portions): 1 celery stalk, 2 carrots, 100g beetroot, 100g cucumbers, 2 apples, 1 bunch parsley, iodized salt, tabasco sauce, some wheat germ oil.
Directions: Peel the vegetables and cut them coarsely. Remove apples core. Wash the parsley and dry it up with a paper towel. Pass the vegetables through the juicer. Crush the apples and parsley in blender, add juice, season with salt to taste; then add sauce and oil, and whisk in blender again.
