Ingredients (4 portions): 150g carrot, 100g celery, 100g spring onion, 0.25 cabbage head, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 1 l vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, 0.5 bunch parsley.
Directions: Peel the carrot and celery. Halve spring onion. Remove the cabbage stalk, and separate leaves. Wash vegetables, dry them up with a paper towel and cut in strips.. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Heat the wheat germ oil in the frying pan, fry the onion until it is translucent. Add vegetables, stew them, and then add vegetable broth. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with shredded parsley.
