Ingredients: 400g penne (pasta), 500g broccoli, 4 tablespoon olive oil, 4 tablespoons pumpkin seed oil, 1 lemon zest, garlic, 2 bunches rocket (finely chopped).
Directions: Boil penne in salted water. Cut broccoli into florets and boil with pasta for 5 minutes. Then drain water and mix pasta with broccoli, mashed garlic, olive oil and pumpkin seed oil, and lemon zest; then season with spices to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan, salt, pepper, and rocket if you want.
