Cake with Zucchini and bran


3 tablespoons of any bran (plant fiber); the dough: 180 g of flour, 90 g of butter, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of cold water 1/2 teaspoon of salt; stuffing: 250 g zucchini, 1 large onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 120 grams of cheese, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; egg mass: 3 eggs, 20 ml whipping cream, 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, freshly ground black pepper – to taste, a pinch of nutmeg.


Add oil, egg, cold water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt into the flour, and knead the dough. Put the dough into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 20 minutes (until the dough is slightly brownish). heat the butter and salt in a skillet, add the crushed garlic and diced onion, stirring occasionally, until onions and garlic are soft. Fry zucchini , 1/2 cm thick in a skillet for a few minutes. After removing the cake from the oven, spread on it fried zucchini with onion and garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour egg mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bran. Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for about 30 minutes.
