Wheat bran patties with cabbage filling


Dough – 120 g wheat bran, 1 egg, 60 g of cottage cheese, sour cream 45 g, butter 30 g,

for stuffing – 300 g of cabbage, butter 15 g, 2 eggs, 30 ml milk, 15 g of parsley.


Pour the melted butter and milk into the finely shredded cabbage, and simmer over low heat until tender. Then mix with greens and chopped hard-boiled egg.
Wheat bran is rubbed with cheese, add the melted butter, sour cream, mix thoroughly, knead the resulting mass of dough and leave it for 20 minutes. Then, without rolling the dough, form a thin cake out of it, put them prepared in advance beef, then form the patties and put them on a greased baking sheet.
