Wheat bran patties with meat

Ingredients:

Dough – 120 g of wheat bran, 1 egg, 60 g of cottage cheese, 45 g of sour cream, 30 g of butter,

for stuffing- 240 g of beef, 45 g of onion, 2 eggs, 15 g of butter, 15 g of parsley.

Directions.

Boil, then mince the beef. Prepare hard boiled eggs. Then fry chopped onion in butter and mix it with minced meat. After that, add chopped parsley and finely chopped boiled egg in meat, mix well all.

Wheat bran is rubbed with cheese, add the melted butter, sour cream, mix thoroughly, knead the resulting mass of dough and leave it for 20 minutes. Then, without rolling the dough, form a thin cake out of it, stuff them with prepared in advance beef, then form stuffed patties of cakes and put them on a greased baking sheet. Top the patties lubricate with the beaten egg and bake in the oven until lightly browned.
