Wheat Salad

Ingredients (4 portions): 200g wheat grain, salt, pepper, 500g napa cabbage, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 2 onions, 5 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 325g cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons curry.

Directions: Bring wheat grain to the boil in 800ml of water and leave it for the whole night. Season with a little salt, bring to the boil again and boil for 1 hour over low heat. Then leave it to stand for 1 more hour, then drain. Wash the vegetables. Cut napa cabbage and pepper into strips, peel the onion and dice it. Stew vegetables in wheat germ oil for 10 minutes. Add wheat grain and stew for 5 minutes more. Add cream and seasoning, and bring to the boil. Serve a dish hot.
