Ingredients: 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil, 1 glass millet, 3 glasses milk, 0.5kg pumpkin.
Directions: Rinse millet several times with warm water. Deseed pumpkin and peel it. Cut pumpkin into small cubes. Boil milk in the saucepan, add pumpkin, season with salt, and bring to the boil again. Add millet, reduce the heat to the medium one, and boil for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 150°С. Put porridge into ramekins, add some pumpkin seed oil, tightly close them, and place into oven for 20–25 minutes.
