Ingredients: 100g dried soy sprouts, 1 celery bunch, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, soy sauce, and allspice to taste.
Directions: Sort out celery, wash it and cut. Cut soy sprouts too. Put the allspice into very hot deep fat made of sesame oil and keep it there for not more than half a minute. Then drain oil. Scald the soy sprouts and celery with boiling water and put on greatly heated frying pan with a small amount of sesame oil. Add soy sauce, one tablespoon of bean broth, and salt and fry, shaking the frying pan constantly. Then add the rest of sesame oil fried with allspice.
