Ingredients: 8 tablespoons garlic oil, 800g fish fillet, salt, cracked black pepper, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 lemon.
Directions: Rub fish fillet with salt and pepper and roll it in flour. Heat the garlic oil in the frying pan. Put the fish and fry it on both sides for 1–2 minutes. Cut a lemon into slices and put on the plate next to the fish.
