Eggplants Salad with Garlic

Ingredients: 150g eggplants, 20g sesame oil, 13g garlic, 30g soy sauce, 5g monosodium glutamate, 3g table vinegar

Directions: Peel and wash the eggplants, and cut them lengthwise. Boil them in a steamer until they are ready. Cool the eggplants and cut them into strips. Then add soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, monosodium glutamate and salt to taste. Before serving, mix all ingredients, heap them on plate and sprinkle with garlic, finely chopped. Serve soy sauce separately.
