Ingredients: 120g potato, 20g white mushrooms, dried, 50g bulb onion, 10g carrot, 30g milk thistle oil, 20g parsley or dill; salt, sugar, vinegar and cracked red pepper to taste.
Directions: Boil dried white mushrooms and cut them into strips. Peel the boiled potato and carrot and dice them. Stir the mushrooms, potato, carrot and shredded bulb onion; dress with milk thistle oil, vinegar (you’d better use apple vinegar), sugar, and salt and cracked black pepper. Sprinkle with shredded parsley and dill.
