Ingredients: 1 large beetroot, 1 teaspoon grated horseradish, caraway, salt, sugar, 1.5 teaspoon sesame oil, 1.5 teaspoon vinegar.
Directions: Boil the beetroot for 60 minutes, then cool it down, peel and cut into stripes. Mix with horseradish and sprinkle with caraway, salt and sugar. Season with sesame oil and vinegar and let it stand for some time. Season more before serving, if necessary.
