Ingredients: 1 apple, 40g balsamic vinegar, 80g milk thistle oil, 1 orange, 500g red cabbage, 80ml red wine, 1 lemon, salt, and pepper.
Directions: Wash the cabbage and finely chop it. Peel the orange, then cut the peel into thin stripes and parboil them. Squeeze the lemon and orange juice. Mix the cabbage with orange-lemon juice, red wine, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Grate a half of apple and sprinkle with it over the top of the salad together with orange flakes. Let stand for 1 hour. Dice the rest of apple, add milk thistle oil, stir and add to the salad.
