Seafood Salad with Nerone Rice dressed with Pumpkin Seed Oil

Ingredients for 1 portion: 5 prawns, 20g calamaries, 2 mussels, 35g nerone rice, 10g leek, pumpkin seed oil, 15g celery, 25g bell pepper, 1 garlic clove, 10g basil, 3 g tabasco sauce.

Directions: Peel prawns and remove intestine. Cut calamar into rings. Peel the mussel halves; remove all foreign objects from the mussel meat. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Do the same with leek and celery. Fry chopped garlic for 30 seconds, add seafood (pickled in tabasco sauce beforehand), fry prawns until pink color. Boil the rice in salted water for 40 minutes. Drain it in a colander and rinse a little bit. Put seafood into the bawl together with garlic oil where it has been boiled. Add vegetables, rice, and basil leaves. Pour with pumpkin seed oil.
