Ingredients: 4 fully-ripened tomatoes, 2 tablespoons cream, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1/2 tablespoon milk thistle oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt, pepper, cracked.
Directions: Wash tomatoes, dice them and salt. Leave the tomatoes to stand for 10 minutes to let them juice. Then drain the juice and season with pepper. Mix the sauce ingredients (mustard, oil, and vinegar), season them with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes to the sauce, stir everything carefully and serve immediately with fresh-baked bread.
