Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiled kinoa, 1/2 bunch of basil, 2 diced tomatoes, 1 onion, 1/2 bunch of parsley, juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking method.
Boil the rump, cut the greens, tomatoes and onions. Mix all, add kinoa, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and mix everything.
