Zolotoy Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients: smoked salmon fillet, olives, red onion, celery stalks, sweet pepper, rocket, frisée lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrot, sea buckthorn oil, salt, sugar, dill, lemon juice.

Directions: Cut the onion, pepper, and celery into strips. Halve the tomatoes. Tear the lettuce and rocket into improvised pieces. Mix all vegetables and pour them with sea buckthorn oil. Put the mixture into prepared serving plate. Cut the fillet into slices. Make the flowers from the salmon fillet and put over the top of the salad. Salmon flowers garnish with olives. Put the carrot grated in the form of strips over the top of the salad.
