Ingredients: 4 pork schnitzels, 1 red sweet pepper, 1/2 l vegetable broth, 200ml cream, salt, red pepper, cracked, milk thistle oil.
Directions: Rub the schnitzel with salt and pepper, fry it in the milk thistle oil and roll into the foil. Slightly stew a pepper in the frying pan. Pour the broth into the frying pan, add cream and season with pepper. Stew the pepper until it gets soft.
