Preheat the plate to 170-180 degrees. Lightly grease the baking surface. In a separate saucepan, melt the coconut oil to a liquid state. Pour the coconut oil into the food processor and add the nuts, milk, vanilla extract. Mix the mixture until a homogeneous paste is obtained. In a large bowl, mix the flour, soda, salt and hemp fiber. Stir the mixture well. Put the chocolate chips and chocolate powder. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking surface. Cut the wet dough into rectangles or select the desired molds. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the bars to cool before serving.
