Chocolate pudding with chia seeds


4 tbsp. spoons of chia seeds, 1 tbsp. spoon extract or 1 pod of vanilla, 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder, 3 tbsp. spoons of honey (if desired, you can replace the syrup), 3/4 tbsp. spoons of defrosted or fresh raspberries, 1 glass of water, 1/2 cup of almonds.

Cooking method.

Put all ingredients in the bowl of the food processor, except chia seeds. At high speed, mix everything well. It is desirable to put raspberries to the bottom, but add in the nuts the last turn. As soon as all the ingredients are mixed and form smooth consistency, pour the mass into the bowl to the chia seeds and mix all well with spoon. Cover the top with a plate or saucer and place in the refrigerator. Give it at least one hour to stay in the refrigerator, after it can be eaten. During the stay in the refrigerator, the seeds swell and absorb moisture.
