Sauteed Champignons

Ingredients: 500g champignons, 6 tablespoons garlic oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons parsley, shredded.

Directions: Be sure to peel the champignons; if you use canned ones — just drain them. Heat the garlic oil in the frying pan, put the mushrooms on it and fry them over a strong heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh-baked white bread.
