Ingredients: 2 pepperoni, 200ml garlic oil, 1 onion, 500g spaghetti, 160g feta cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Directions: Cook the spaghetti in salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil. Shortly before the spaghetti is ready, drain it and put aside. Mash a piece of feta (about 40g per 1 portion) with fork on the plate. While the spaghetti is cooking, cut pepperoni into small circles, finely chop the onion. Heat the garlic oil in the frying pan, add the pepperoni and onion. Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper a bit. Put the spaghetti into the plates with feta (over it), then put pepperoni over the top of spaghetti and sprinkle with shredded parsley.
