Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Garlic Oil

Ingredients: 400g spaghetti, 300g small tomatoes, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 8 tablespoons garlic oil, 2 tablespoons shredded basil.

Directions: Cover a baking tray with cooking sheet, halve tomatoes and put them on the tray (the cut side facing you). Sprinkle with sugar, salt and Italian seasoning, add a couple of olive oil drops. Put into a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to pack instructions. Heat the garlic oil on the frying pan, add basil, spaghetti, tomatoes taken out from the oven, season with salt, pepper and stir everything carefully.
