Chia and lentil soup

Ingredients: 1 cup of chia seeds jelly, 1/3 tsp turmeric, 1 liter vegetable broth, 3 cloves garlic, squeezed through garlic, 1/3 tsp fresh ginger, grated, 200 g lentils, 1 small fresh potato, 1 h. a spoonful of salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice.

Cooking method. Soak the lentils for the night. In the morning, pour the vegetable broth into the pot, put lentils, sliced potatoes, turmeric, salt, olive oil, cayenne pepper and cook until the lentils are ready. Then add ginger, garlic, coriander, lemon juice and chia. Boil on low heat for another fifteen minutes.
