Soup with seeds of kinoa and vegetables

Ingredients:

2 medium carrots, 3 tablespoons boiled kinoa, 4 heads of cauliflower, 4 tbsp. chopped green onions, 1 shallot onion, 300 ml of water, 1 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 tsp. of salt.

Cooking method.

Vegetables finely chopped, put together in a saucepan, filled with water, put on fire. Cook until done. Then add the boiled kinoa, season with toast roasted with olive oil, salt to taste. Give another minute to boil and remove from heat.
