Ingredients:
200 g of cheese, 1 tsp. of flaxseed oil, 4 tsp. of hemp fiber, 2 tsp. of oat bran.
Cooking method.
Cheese “Adyghe” chop large, add flaxseed oil, hemp fiber and oat bran. Stir well, shape the balls (croquettes). For 30 minutes, place in the refrigerator to fix the shape. Serve onto the table, decorated with fresh herbs.
