Warm salad with kinoa and cheese

Ingredients:

1 cup of boiled kinoa seeds, 150 g of brynza, 2 zucchini squash, 1/2 can of olives, 2 bell peppers, olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey mustard, a bunch of basil, a bunch of dill, garlic – if desired.

Cooking method.

Vegetables clean and chop. Brynza cut into cubes and folded into a colander to allow water to merge. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add vegetables to it and quickly fry. Add half a glass of water and put it out until soft. Slightly cool, mix with kinoa, add cheese, fill with a spoon of oil mixed with basil and dill, as well as garlic and mustard in a blender.
