Tomato Soup with Feta

Ingredients: 1 onion, 5 tablespoons garlic oil, 2 garlic cloves, 2 cans tomatoes (850g), 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons fresh basil, shredded, 5 tablespoons millet, salt, 400g feta.

Directions: Brown the onion and garlic on the frying pan in the garlic oil and add tomatoes. Add honey, salt and pepper. Add millet rinsed to tomatoes and stew for about 20 minutes. Then add basil. Dice the feta, add to the soup before being served up. Serve with fresh-baked white bread.
